I enjoy New Year's Day even more than New Year's Eve. Much like the rest of the Christmas Holidays, we like to spend New Year's Day eating a nice meal and not feeling obligated to go anywhere. We were fortunate to be greeted with a glorious sun the first day of 2013, so of course we went for a long walk, which I will admit was my favorite thing we did this holiday. We wandered through our neighborhood and discovered many new alleyways and secret stairways. We talked about the upcoming year and strolled arm-in-arm contemplating what 2013 will bring.
